Ms Shannon creates a schedule with date and times for your dancer's photo time.
Please make sure to arrive ready to be photographed and on time. We have a very tight schedule!

Important - Read this information first!
Individual poses only when you bought an AP credit.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time slot.
- Costume, Hair and Make up should be STAGE READY for the photo session.
- To make sure your dancer is aware you want them to have individual photos taken, we created a form that helps with the process. EVERY dancer needs to bring this form to Photoday. You can select if you only want the group photo taken. Check the box when you also like to have sibling photos taken.

- You have to purchase an Advance Pay credit to have an individual photo of your dancer in costume.
- If you arrive LATE your child may not be in the group photo. We have a tight schdule and unfortunately can not wait for dancers.
- AP credit can be ordered online till 5/26/26.
- From 5/27/26 fee will be $50 (cash or check) due at check in
- Orders need to be placed before 8/31 to receive reduced pricing. On 9/1/26, pricing will go back to regular pricing.
- When your dancer is in multiple costumes, you only have to purchase ONE Ap credit. We will photograph them in all their costumes.
- The AP credit includes the fee for individual pose(s) and a product credit.
- You can decide to buy a package or a la carte products for that credit directly from the gallery.
- When you buy AP credit you will receive the link to the gallery as soon as it is published.
- When you don’t buy AP credit, you can order a la carte group photos when the gallery link is shared by the studio.
- Dancers will get a dance pose that fits the style of the dance/costume and their age or can come up with their own pose.
- There will be an assistant or teacher to help with posing.
- Make sure your costume is lint and wrinkle free, your ballet tights are without holes and to have the correct shoes and accessories with each costume.
- Group photos can not be ordered as a digital product
- All printed orders will be shipped directly to your home.
- When your dancer is sick, please contact the studio.
- Online Gallery expires after 6 months - $25 fee to reopen the gallery.
- No refund on digital photos.
- Credit expires after 12 months.
- By booking a session online with Sandrien B Photography, you read, understood and automatically agreed with our terms and conditions.

Hi, I’m Sandrien!
As a portrait photographer, I have plenty of experience photographing dancers. I shoot editorial-style photos that capture real emotions and body language, so you get photos that look natural. My goal as your photographer is to make your dancer feel comfortable and confident. Together, we’ll create beautiful photos that capture their true personality.
