Book one timeslot for each costume you want your dancer to be photographed in.
For multiple costumes, do not book timeslots back to back. You need time to change into the next costume.

For the credit you can purchase a package ( there are multiple packages offered) or a la carte photos.
You can see the button Preview Storefront on the top right
When you click on that you will see all the packages and options for a la carte as well.
Important - Read this information first!
Buy an AP credit for each booked timeslot
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time slot.
- Costume, Hair and Make up should be STAGE READY for the photo session.
- The AP credit includes the session fee and a product credit.
- You can decide to buy a package or a la carte products for that credit directly from the gallery.
- When you buy AP credit you will receive the link to the gallery as soon as it is published.
- Dancers will get a dance pose that fits the style of the dance/costume and their age or can come up with their own pose.
- Leave some time in between time slots to change into the next costume if you want multiple costumes photographed.
- There will be an assistant or teacher to help with posing.
- Make sure your costume is lint and wrinkle free, your ballet tights are without holes and to have the correct shoes and accessories with each costume.
- All printed orders will be shipped directly to your home.
- When your dancer is sick, please contact the photographer.
- Online Gallery expires after 6 months - $25 fee to reopen the gallery.
- No refund on digital photos.
- Credit expires after 12 months.

What is AdvancePay?
AdvancePay (AP) is PhotoDay’s version of pre-pay. While your photos are being created, you can buy an AdvancePay credit that’s good for anything in your photographer’s store. Once you’ve purchased a credit, you can sit back, relax, and we’ll text you when the photos are ready. Your credit will be waiting for you at checkout!

Product Prices start at $20
Packages start at $40 and go up to $200
Social media digital photos $25/each
High resolution digital photos $50/each
Retouching blemishes: $10/photo (per request)
Follow the step by step process
- There are two possible ways for you to initially search for photos: FaceFind or Tags.
- Start marking your favorites by pressing the heart icon in the top right of your photo choices.
- Once you're done selecting your favorites, select "Shop" at the bottom of the screen.
- Select a package or a single product.
- You can view the contents of a package and begin customizing the individual products in the package. You can crop each photo however you’d like. You can also swap out the image for any of your favorites by tapping the 'Favorites' button within the edit screen. Once you’re satisfied, hit the ‘Confirm’ button to automatically move on to the next product in the package!
- Some specialty products will have more customizable options such as themes, multiple photos, and text fields. Once you have your products the way you want them, you can add the package to your shopping cart.
- In your cart, you can edit your selection, adjust the quantity of items, continue shopping, or check out when you’re ready.
- All you have to do is select a shipping method, enter your contact information, and apply any coupon codes you may have received. If you purchased an AdvancePay credit, it will automatically be applied to your total. Once you’re ready, enter your payment method, and hit the “Pay Now” button. And you’re done!

As a portrait photographer, I have plenty of experience photographing dancers. I shoot editorial-style photos that capture real emotions and body language, so you get photos that look natural. My goal as your photographer is to make your dancer feel comfortable and confident. Together, we’ll create beautiful photos that capture their true personality.
